Rocky Point Home Builders was founded in 2005 by Joseph Sanchez a successful entrepreneur and military veteran who sought a way to capitalize on Puerto Peñasco's explosive growth and opportunity.  Sanchez met his wife Myrna, who is a native of Puerto Peñasco, back in 2003 when he vacationed there before being deployed with the U.S. Army overseas. After returning from a one-year deployment, Sanchez married Myrna and together they run the company that has helped Americans realize the dream of building a home in Rocky Point Mexico.
