About Rocky Point Home Builders
American-owned. Built in Rocky Point.
For 15 years we have helped Americans design and build custom homes in Puerto Peñasco, taking the headaches and logistics out of building in another country.
What we do
We are a design-build company. That means one team designs your home, prices it, permits it and builds it, so nothing gets lost between an architect, a contractor and a dozen subcontractors.
You work with American representatives who oversee your project to your exact specifications. During construction we work with Mexican contractors, suppliers and officials to build to local code, with the amenities and finish quality American buyers expect.
