Free consultation
A call or office visit to talk through your goals: how you will use the home, how many people, must-haves, and the budget you are comfortable with. If you don't own a lot yet, we can help you find one.
Lot review
We look at your lot for size, setbacks, utilities, views and soil, and confirm what the local rules allow you to build there.
Design
Floor plans and elevations drawn for your lot. We revise until it is right, and you approve the final plans before anything is priced.
Itemized bid and agreement
A detailed bid covering materials, labor and finishes, with a payment schedule tied to construction phases. No surprises buried in a lump sum.
Permits and construction
We file permits with the municipality, then build with our crews. You get photo and progress updates through every phase, and you can visit any time.
Walkthrough and keys
We walk the home with you, finish any punch-list items, and hand over the keys, the paperwork and a list of trusted local service providers.
